Quest Manufacturing is an established Enclosure & Rack supplier offering supply chain solutions to our distributors worldwide. Quest provides a stable source of competitively priced quality products for industries servicing installation of Networks; Telecommunications; Broadcast; Security Systems; Home Entertainment; MRO and OEM commercial and residential markets.
Quest Manufacturing is a subsidiary of Quest Technology International, a prominent supplier of connectivity products to the same markets listed above. Both companies ship out of our 40,000 sq. ft. Miami facility to distributors primarily throughout North and South America.
Our Products
Quest Manufacturing produces quality metal products for most data, voice and audio/video installation requirements. Our product offering includes a wide selection of floor and wall mount racks and enclosures, and our floor enclosures are available in both assembled and knockdown configurations. In addition, Quest also offers a complete line of enclosure accessories including: shelving; cable organizers; power distribution units and more.

Quality starts with vast engineering resources, state-of-the-art equipment and exacting quality control procedures, and to adhere to these requirements our factory is ISO9001 certified. The latest Computer Aided Design software is used to design all facets of our product line. Quest utilizes computer-controlled laser cutting and forming equipment in its manufacturing processes assuring precise fit and finish and is completely vertically integrated with machine-shops and proprietary electrostatic paint shop.

Quest stands behind its product lines with warranty coverage designed to support professional use, distributor confidence, and long-term customer satisfaction. Warranty coverage may vary by product type, so customers should contact Quest to confirm the applicable warranty for a specific item
Enclosures, Racks & Accessories (excluding electrical products)
Quest Manufacturing Company warrants its metal fabricated products which includes all enclosures, racks, shelves, wire management and rack accessories to be free from any manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of five years following delivery of original purchase.
Electrical Products
Quest Manufacturing Company warrants its rack electrical accessories which includes all Power & Surge Strips, power Distribution Units (PDU’s) and fans enclosure to be free from any manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of one year following delivery of original purchase. This warranty will no extend to any product that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installations, or used in violation of instructions; including but no limited to: electrical irregularities, lightning or power-line related damage, paint scratches or other unusual occurrences. Quest Manufacturing Company’s liability shall be limited to the repair and/or replacement of products and assumes no liability with respect to the uses of the products including: merchantability or fitness for a particular use; assumes no liability for any consequential damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of its products or from any other cause if proven defective. This warranty extends to all Quest Manufacturing products.
Warranty Terms
Warranty excludes coverage for misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, or use in violation of instructions, including but not limited to electrical irregularities, lightning, or power-line related damage. Quest Technology limits liability to repair and/or replacement of products and assumes no responsibility for consequential damages.

BICSI is a professional association supporting the information technology systems (ITS) industry. ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety & security, project management and audio & video technologies. It encompasses the design, project management and installation of pathways, spaces, optical fiber- and copper-based distribution systems, wireless-based systems and infrastructure that supports the transportation of information and associated signaling between and among communications and information gathering devices. BICSI provides information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies in the ITS industry. We serve more than 23,000 ITS professionals, including designers, installers and technicians. These individuals provide the fundamental infrastructure for telecommunications, audio/video, life safety and automation systems. Through courses, conferences, publications and professional registration programs, BICSI staff and volunteers assist ITS professionals in delivering critical products and services, and offer opportunities for continual improvement and enhanced professional stature.
