Enclosures, Racks & Accessories (excluding electrical products)
Quest Manufacturing Company warrants its metal fabricated products which includes all enclosures, racks, shelves, wire management and rack accessories to be free from any manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of five years following delivery of original purchase.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
Electrical Products
Quest Manufacturing Company warrants its rack electrical accessories which includes all Power & Surge Strips, power Distribution Units (PDU’s) and fans enclosure to be free from any manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of one year following delivery of original purchase.
This warranty will no extend to any product that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installations, or used in violation of instructions; including but no limited to: electrical irregularities, lightning or power-line related damage, paint scratches or other unusual occurrences.
Quest Manufacturing Company’s liability shall be limited to the repair and/or replacement of products and assumes no liability with respect to the uses of the products including: merchantability or fitness for a particular use; assumes no liability for any consequential damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of its products or from any other cause if proven defective.
